This notice describes the categories of personal information collected by Ewald & Wasserman Research Consultants, LLC (“Company”) and the purposes for which such information may be collected and used. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to process your application for employment, and in accordance with the Company’s data retention schedule. PURPOSES PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION, IS USED

SOURCES AND DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
