Survey Research Telephone Data Collection
Ewald & Wasserman (E&W) maintains a 20-station computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) laboratory in their downtown San Francisco office and employs a staff of highly trained, multi-lingual interviewers for telephone data collection on a wide range of social science topics. Most of the E&W telephone staff and supervisors are bilingual and native speakers of Spanish, Chinese or Vietnamese.

E&W routinely conducts survey research using random digit dialing (RDD), cell phone sample as well as commercial and residential lists. E&W telephone data collection work strictly adheres to the standards of social science research practices and includes advanced software and real-time monitoring systems together with continuous live supervision and survey verification for the highest quality telephone survey data available. All of the E&W staff have also completed a multi-mode online course on Human Subject Assurance Training provided by the Office of Human Research Protection (OHRP) of the Department of Health and Human Services.
